The villa is fully equipped and furnished for up to 8 people and is also in between used as holiday accommodation by the owners. The combined living and dining room is about 7 by 7 meters and has 4 French windows to the terrace and private pool on three sides. One sliding door provides access an unusual 'internal' garden and is great for extra (safe) ventilation. The sitting area is sufficient for 8 persons to gather around the fireplace and TV. Livingroom and diningroom lights are dimmeable. The villa is peaceful, pleasant and safe, immediately easy to relax in.
The square dining table provides 8 seats and a small desk can be used as office space or computing. There is a fireplace for additional heating outside the summer season. In the wall furniture you will find baskets with information about the villa, places to visit, places to eat and the activities on the Praia d'el Rey resort.
A 42" LED TV, DVD player and mini HIFI set are available. The mini HIFI set has Bluetooth functionality and can be paired with any mobile phone or tablet for in-room entertainment. Free broadband WIFI internet is available (approx. 50 Mbps download; 5 Mbps upload). Access to many foreign TV channels and movies is avalailable through IPTV (internet television). In the TV cabinet you will also find a good collection of DVD-'s.
